All personalized or custom-made items are final sale.

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

❌ Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

We’re so sorry! If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
