ARTWORK
Send the cleanest file you have.
Good artwork makes a better transfer. We print customer-supplied artwork as provided unless artwork help is added.
Transparent background
Transparent PNG is preferred. Any white background left in the file can print as white.
Final print size
Build the artwork at the size you want it printed. For best results, aim for 300 DPI at that final size.
Clean edges
Remove stray pixels, halos, soft unwanted edges, and unnecessary background before uploading.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Simple ordering. Clear expectations.
Turnaround
Print-ready orders are typically completed in about 2–3 business days after the artwork is ready. Larger orders can take longer.
Artwork review
We look for obvious problems, but the customer is responsible for sizing, spelling, colors, and the supplied artwork.
Artwork help
If your file needs background removal, edge cleanup, resizing, or other prep, contact TTN before ordering or add artwork help when available.

Before you order.
Do you print exactly what I upload?
Yes. Customer-supplied artwork prints as supplied unless artwork help is purchased or requested. If we see an obvious issue that could hurt print quality, we’ll contact you before production.
What width should I use for a gang sheet?
TTN uses a 12-inch working gang-sheet width on the ColDesi DTF-12H2. Build the file at the exact sheet size you select.
Can you build the gang sheet for me?
The standard gang-sheet product is for a completed layout. If you need help arranging graphics or cleaning artwork, contact TTN first.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. Local pickup is available. Wait for the ready notification before arriving so we know the order is finished.
What happens if my artwork is low resolution?
We may ask for a better file or recommend artwork cleanup. Production timing begins once the file is ready to print.
