At TTN Custom Apparel, every item is made-to-order and customized specifically for you.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will work quickly to make it right, including replacement if necessary.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, numbers, sizes) before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted during checkout.
Non-Custom Items
If we offer any non-custom items, they may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
